Wake up with determination and go to bed with satisfaction. After gaining weight due to untimely and unhealthy diet, I knew I needed to make a change. Four months back I was 74 kgs. I was sick and tired of looking and feeling crappy all the time. Then I made a commitment to myself and after that I have worked really hard to reach my goal and the results are in front of you. I did a lot and still doing it. Special thanks to my gym trainers Mr. PARDEEP and Mr. AKSHAY that they worked so hard on me and still helping me on my goals. Last but not the least very special thanks to my gym (BURN) where the environment is so friendly and every single staff member of the gym boosts you to reach your goal. In short FAT BURNING IS SWEAT CRYING.

I was 83 Kgs when i joined the Gym and knew was overweight .The only reason I was obese was the lack of motivation to look good . In the past, there were many people who would specifically make fun of me and my over weight personality. I started my weight loss journey on 1st July, 2015 . I began excersing regularly. 1 hour, 6 days a week is exactly what sold me on joining the curves. Within 12 months, I lost 17 Kgs , 25 inches (overall) and just 5 kgs away from my goal weight.I followed a very healthy diet which has High protein and low carbs ... I would also like to thank My trainer Mr. Suraj Bal who helped me throughout this journey to outline my specific goals . My fitness improved and my body shape changed-but more important, I noticed huge change in how I feel about myself. excercise pattern i followed was 3 days strength training, 2 days functional training and 1 day cardio training.
